ChatGPT Work agent and OpenAI Voice

OpenAI Voice routes heavier workloads to GPT-6 class models and can access plugins, and it connects to ChatGPT Work for tasks across documents, spreadsheets, websites, and browser automation. ChatGPT Work is an autonomous agent designed for longer, more involved tasks than standard chat. Plus and Pro subscribers on mobile can access a Work tab supporting document creation, email drafting, Slack message summarization, site and presentation creation, a cloud browser, and a finances section. ChatGPT Work launched with macOS desktop available for all plans, Windows rolling out over the following days, and web and mobile access live for Pro, Enterprise, and Edu plans, with Plus and Business following within days. Usage is metered rather than flat, following the same structure as Codex, and Enterprise and Edu admins have spend controls in the Admin Console covering workspace defaults, group limits, and individual overrides.
